I think MSI Afterburner can do that.

ok so after downloading msi afterburner it wont let me even open the file...Last edited by Thefishtank; 2011-07-29 at 06:50 PM.

Any error message when opening?
And yes Afterburner will definitely let you do it, along with the OSD software which will display framerates and such.
