Raidframes showing players in clumps?

i tried to search through the forums to find any threads relating to this, so either there are none or i'm just retarded. either way, i apologize if i'm posting something that has been asked time and time again!

anyway, i've vaguely heard of raidframe mods being able to indicate when players in a raid are clumped together... but i have yet to actually find these mythical raidframes or mods myself. anyone know anything on the subject? thanks for any input!

Vuhdo has this capability, so I've heard, but I've never used those options myself. You may have to look for guides on how to configure it.
