Need help with a chat macro

I used to have macro's set up on my old DK main that would start a timer when I pressed the button then display a chat message a predefined length of time later.

EG:

/cast [cooldown]
/in [x] /w [name] [message]

So if I had a 1-min cooldown and set [x] to, say, 50, I'd press this button and then 50sec later have a whisper from myself to myself saying "Cooldown ready in 10 sec". Was also handy for taunt-trading with another tank since you could queue a few of them up for a countdown

EG:

/w [name] 3
/in 1 /w [name] 2
/in 2 /w [name] 1
/in 3 /w [name] TAUNT

And it would count down from 3 to Taunt in their chat window.



Long story short - does this exist any more? After levelling engineering I'm finding myself constantly forgetting to use my Synapse Springs, and it would be terrific if I could set myself reminders again. However, the macros I used to use no longer work.

They work but you need SlashIn.
