In Demon Form...

The tooltip says when in demon form we get 600% more armor, X% more damage, etc etc. Realizing we have immo aura and that other spell (forgot name of it), what kind of damage do we do in demon form? Is it melee and we're simply hitting the mob? Just started demo so may have missed this somewhere...

You still cast your regular spells, and they hit for more, as well as having immolation aura tick while you're casting

Ok. So the only reason we get in melee range in demon form on a boss is for the immo aura? Because aside from that, everything else can be cast from distance (except Shadowflame of course).

Shadowflame on cd is a DPS increase tho and if possible you should position youreself in range too use it

You don't need melee range 8yrds will do which is just outside of melee range.
