Macro help: cast on focused target

Hi guys. I wanna make a macro to cast Polymorph on my target when pressing C. But casts on my focused target on Alt-C. I want to do the same for Fire Blast, Counterspell etc. So if anyone can post the macro that would be good.

Insert whatever skill you want where Polymorph is. Should work.
