LFM for Convergence. 1/7 Heroic Firelands

Convergence has been competing for the top 25man spot on Altar of Storms since BC. We have since moved to Black Dragonflight where we intend to take raiding to the next level. Convergence is looking for players who are competitive by nature, experienced with the end-game content, patient, mature, able to follow directions, willing and able to learn, friendly and generous. The ability to attend 75% of scheduled raids is very important. Use of Ventrilo is mandatory, no exceptions. A working microphone is mandatory, no exceptions. All applicants are expected to go through a 2 week trial period (can be shorter or longer due to certain circumstances).

Raid Progression - 1/7 Heroic Firelands 7/7 Regular Firelands



We raid 9-12 Mon-Thurs and require 75% minimum attendance. Applicants will be expected to make 100% attendance during the trial period.

We are currently recruiting all exceptional players for the competitive environment for our raids. We Currently have CORE spots open for:

Healers
Resto Druid (HIGH DEMAND)
Holy/Disc Priest (HIGH DEMAND)

DPS
Mage
Shadow Priest
Feral Druid
Hunter
Warlock
Frost Death Knight

Attendance and skill is what we require of raiders (3/4 days) or post on forums if you go on vacation or need to miss more due to IRL. Loot is distributed via loot council. Loot council is based on attendance skill and loot earned.

Convergence is the guild for you if…..

-Can dedicate 4 nights for raiding, past 12am if necessary while learning new content
-Good situational awareness
-Are dedicated, responsible, willing to learn and get better as a player
-Have end-game experience
-Can take constructive criticism
-Are Mature and willing to sit some nights for better raid composition.
