    That's the Greatsword of the Sin'dorei (available for Champion's Seals at the Argent Tournament) worn by the Blood Elven leader Lor'themar Theron. So no, this blade is not a San'layn blade. Please check your facts next time before you post something.

    i know, but look at it, it has nothing of the typical sin'dorei design elements beside the stumped falcon and looks a lot more like a pilfered blade in the icecrown campaign.

    greyish texture, dark/ spikey elements on the blade, if it wasn't used by lorthemar it would fit the bloodqueen quite well

    It's because the guard is as thin as a sheet of paper, so the hilt clips through it. It'd look kinda awkward if they made the blade thicker though, and that probably comes along with the guard.
