Can anyone think of any other plate pieces that might go with the 'Greaves of the Martyr' http://www.wowhead.com/item=30536

It's the red and silver recoloured pants that look like the lightforge set, except they're the only excisting part of it thats avalible to players, though some NPCs in Wintergarde Keep wear the complete set.

Ohh i love those pants! I have been trying for days to figure out what to mix along with them.. Because i really like them, havent found anything "awesome" yet. but before 4.3 i will have a full set with this item>_<

edit: Could you name the npc with a set that goes along with the pants?

Btw anyone else have a bag space problem? I currently have 6slots in my bags, rest is souldbound items in both bank and bags.. And i still have lots of items im farming for.. i guess i will have about 13 sets (yes i have a problem! ) but no idea how to survive to 4.3 with 6 slots and soon to become 0 slots, tierd of "cant carry anymore"

Well, most of the Sunwalkers we see ingame are using tribal leather stuff. The only tribal plate are the Zul'Aman/Gurub items, that don't match a Sunwalker well. The next best option is trying to use a set with warm colors. Something like:





But, there's this NPC ingame (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=51143) with greenish gear, and so are the rewards from the Sunwalker quest (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=27403). And the kodo's warpaint is blueish. So, you can either go for a Sun set, with warm colors, or build something green around the sword or maces from the quest, or something blue to match the kodo.

Not a fan of maces, myself. At least, not most of the ones in WoW. I think the only one I really like is Jeklik's Crusher/Smasher, which is odd because I loathe the Troll aesthetic in general. Wooden "plate" armor? What's that all about?

And I take it you don't want to use Sulfuras or Akirus, which I actually consider two of the better ones. Hrm.

The crafted ones are a bit understated but have nice detail. Try Titansteel Destroyer or Forged Elementium Mindcrusher. Stormherald, if you can still craft it.

I had planned to go with a T6-based look (just replacing the retarded boots with some matching Wrath/Cata "kneecap" model), but with the release of the awesome T13 and S11 gear it seems that transmogrification has pretty much lost its point, at least for paladins. I'd only change the S11 helm looks, and probably use T6 skin for PvE shoulders until I get the actual t13 token.

I'm kind of stuck on the boots though, the ones I really like are a Horde-exclusive ToC item. I want the Wrath/Cata-style fitted longboots but there just aren't that many options.

A one handed mace or two handed mace? For a two handed one, try one of these:

I really dig the ulduar look but I wonder if there's any other shouldsers that would match this set(I don't want to use the whole set)? I've been looking at t4, offset t5 and relentless ones, any suggestions? also looking for a matching tabard and another belt perhaps.

Pretty basic paladin look, I guess. But I do try to avoid using lots of items from one set.

Yea everything is soul-bound, its my pve/pvp/offspecc gear, and a million tabards, and archeology items + lots of 4.3 sets and offpieces i want to make something off. Sucks, because i know i have to delete some sets/gear before 4.3 :s

I've had to mail lots of trade goods that I'd been storing off to bank alts to make room, and even then I'm carefully not equipping BoEs so I can store them on other toons.

I've been collecting black plate pieces off the AH for my plate toons, and leaving em in the mail. I'm using it as the base for a Holy off set.





The black pieces shown are all Bloodmar, but Westguard and Wyrmskull look exactly the same.

Haven't decided if I should get a black cloak or go no cloak. Or get crazy and get a white cloak.
