processor: AMD X4 955 Phenom II 64BIT Quad-core Processor AM3 Black Edition Boxed With Cooler
    GFX: ASUS EAH6850 Directcu/2DIS/1GD5 1024MB GDDR5 PCI Express
PSU: ANTEC HCG-520 520W High Current Gamer
    RAM: CORSAIR TW3X4G1333C9A 4GB KIT (2X2GB) 1333MHZ DDR3 9-9-9-24 1.5V Classic DC KIT

Looks good, though the 6850 will struggle with upcoming games... I'd really recommend at least a 6870.

    ASUS EAH6950 Dcii/2DI4S/1GD5 1024MB GDDR5 PCI Express
    ASUS EAH6950 Dcii/2DI4S/2GD5 2048MB GDDR5 PCI Express

How big is the difference between them? how will I nothise it?

    Here's idea #1 -

Get a p67 intel mobo and grab an i3 2100 instead. You'll be beyond pleased.

    suggestions :
    mobo - msi P67
    cpu - i3 2100

Costs the same and leaves you expanding capability (ivybridge uses the same platform)

The i3 is beating the AMD in benchmarks in pretty much every gaming application right now.

I would also highly consider bumping up to 1600 mhz ram

    ram - 2X2GB @ 1600 mhz

double the VRAM - you won't notice a difference until above 1080p resolution or multi-monitor gaming.

EDIT - if you have a microcenter near you, get an i5 2500k with the same mobo - you'll save $80.00 off of what they normal are, taking the i5 effective down to $130.00

The difference between a 6850 and a 6950 is huge, especially if you overclock.
And if you get a 6950 then get the 1gb version unless you use multiple monitors

I dislike Gigabyte, after the x58ud3r board, it had some high pitch noise from over voltage on stock settings.
    failed to post the ram.

Your power supply might be a bit low an 850 is a good psu for future upgrading

    what games/settings >_>
a 6850 will struggle with games like metro 2033, bf3, and other games at that level.
It'll only get worse over time... though it'll still suffice if you're willing to play the highest-end games on lower settings.

The 5870 is as good and sometimes better than the 6870 in most games. 6870 does beat it in some games, but scales in crossfire much better than the 5870.

If your budget allows I would opt for the 2gb 6950. It will last you much longer when considering games will continue to improve the texture resolution.

The C43 is one step down and doesn't support SLi. it limits your potential system growth.

The problem is that the next in line from MSI is already 179€.

What would you say about this one? ASUS P8H67-M EVO

edit: im also looking at monitors atm. What is an acceptable responce time?(I guess thats the most important thing to look at)

I would say 150 is the limit. but its hard to put a limit on 1 product. im trying to get the prize low for the total ^^
I need everything..case, monitor, keyboard, etc.. so it will get expensive enough already ^^

    2 good options I see

    GIGABYTE GA-Z68AP-D3 (105 euro)
If you don't want to sli in the future... sli lets you add another of the same graphics card to get nearly double the power.
If you don't do sli you can always just replace the graphics card in 2 years or so with a new one... probably a better option imo.

    or

    ASUS P8Z68-V (150 euro)
This one is good for sli.

Yeah maybe if you plan on upgrading to a fraking Asus Mars. Other than that, a good quality 520 Watt PSU is plenty. Anything beyond 600 Watts is excessive for a "standard" system.

As for the GPUs, a Radeon HD 6950 is good value for money. Get it if you can.

If not, a Radeon HD 6870 is also a valid choice and you get get some pretty good deals too. I wouldn't recommend going any lower than that though. Anything less kinda sucks for HD gaming.

Im looking at ASUS P8H67-M EVO vs GIGABYTE GA-Z68AP-D3. I find it hard to understand what one is best.
I've never really done any overclocking. However the H67 is said to be very limited to overclock.
So if I would ever want to do that i'd better get the Gigabyte? thats how I understood it anyway.

That is correct. H67 gives you the ability to use sandy bridge's integrated graphics for things like video rendering or as a replacement for a dedicated graphics card in non-gaming builds. P67 has the ability overclock unlocked processors as you said. Z68 is sort of combination of the both two, integrated graphics enabled and able to overclock.
Most people are fine with P67 boards but if you can get same quality Z68 board with features you need for similar price, no reason not to .

this is looking very solid. Though I am questioning why you are going with a budget processor and an SSD. It's more beneficial for gaming performance to have an i5 2500k instead of an SSD. WAY more beneficial.
