Teebu's Scorching Straight Sword

I have some questions about the new Teebu, in comparison to the old Teebu Sword:

1. Does it's glow illuminate the surroundings and the wearer? Most items (99.x%) don't, but the old Teebu does.
2. Anyone tried it with the Light of the Earth-Warder Enchant? Are the effects as clean and as good looking as on the old Teebu?

Curious about this, before I spend some gold on this, I'd like to know these things. If it's comparable, I'll probably get it when the price drops in a few months.

Buy one and find out they're pretty cheap

There are some Offhands and Wands and the Hale Magefiret Staff hat illuminate to the environment. It's not exclusive to that sword.
