Looking for any daggers that don't show enchantments.

Right now I'm planning on using Riftmaker, Nightblade, or Gutgore Ripper.

Come on peeps be realistic with your weapons. Who's really using double swords or even a sword for that matter with Firelands gear? Same goes with fist weapons...

For a lot of people weapons for transmog won't really matter until 5.0.

T1 pants, belt, chest, gloves. Helm looks like its lacking red, so that's Helm of Assassination. Shoulders are Opportunists, boots are Shadowmaster's Boots from Mother Shahraz. Daggers are Dragonfang Blade off of Vael in BWL. Theres a greenish recolor of it from Hellfire Ramps too.

Kind of why vigilantism isn't a policy to be proud of. It's rather like trying to solve a rat problem by beating them to death with a live cobra.

Nope way off, full Bloodfang duh!

    Actually is was spot on.

I wish helms didn't look so awkward on goblins. They always stick out way too far in the front, like the either have a super long nose or a massive overbite.

The worst part is, that was completely from memory. I think I've just about memorized most rogue loot now.
The helm awkwardness is all the fault of that one gigantic bone-pierced nose (that no one even uses in the first place)

Daggers aren't my taste to be honest and the helm doesn't interest me that much. But the general layout is awesome.

T1 you say? Is that even still obtainable?

Anyone else frustrated that they won't let us transmogrify daggers into fist weapon item models. T_T

I have a ton that I'd love to use,

    Kinetic Ripper / Masticator ( http://static.mmo-champion.com/mmoc/...t_9722_165.jpg )

    Thekal's Grasp / Arlokk's Grasp ( http://wowbox.meetgee.com/tw/images/...thumb/5482.jpg )

Talon of the Phoenix / Claw of the Phoenix ( http://www.wowtransmog.com/wp-conten...thephoenix.png )

The following is the level 80 version of Gutgore Ripper, I noticed that the texturing is a lot better, so I think I'll be using it instead of my level 60 one.

Anyway until the time comes that they let me make daggers fists, I will be using...

...for all arena pvp, except for twos maybe, I can get away with double fists there I think.

PS: I fully intend to get max level fist weapons and kill people with my phoenix claws.

Working on a new set. Need chest, legs, belt, back. And weapons

Here is the concept so far
Non ti fidar di me se il cuor ti manca.

    feet/hands don't match

Helm/Shoulders are close enough with the dark grey/blue + dark sand brown

    Ok, i posted for suggestions
Non ti fidar di me se il cuor ti manca.

Alright well, I'll build you one based around the helm BRB.

Puregrove Spaulders + Wastewalker set + night watchman

How about this? Wanted to use mantle of darkness as spaulders, since they match good with the helm. Really good suggestion with the wastewalker set, tried the recolor of t6 from BT for gloves/boots (not completely sure about them anyway)

EDIT: boots look fine, gloves have a too light blue imho.

well me personally... I'm using the bracers from shattered halls last boss and some level 12 or 14 gloves that just look like black free-finger gloves, they go really well together and would probably amtch your set with soem different shoes.

When Transmog was first officially announced, I immediately began to spend hours combing model viewers and Wowhead to find the perfect sets for my rogue. It wasn't nearly as big of an issue for my paladin, as I've had a favorite Paladin set for a long time, and I always knew that if a Transmog-like feature was ever released, that I was going to use THAT set, and nothing else. But I was FAR more picky with what to use for my rogue. I've been legendary for hating most Rogue gear, including tier sets and weapons. I came up with two sets. The first is a pretty straightforward BC nostalgia set, loosely based on what I was wearing during BC. The second set was a little more complicated to put together. It features a very simple, basic black Ninja motif. Took a bit of effort to put together.

    Here's the first set:

    http://www.wowhead.com/compare?items...29:28826:34241

A few notes on this set. First off, I obviously wasn't wearing the complete T6 set, or even Cursed Vision, during BC. Many of the Sunwell off-tier items were higher item level and boasted superior stats and itemization, making them better for DPS. However, I like the visual synergy of a complete Tier set. The exception to this rule, is the Tier 6 helm, which I happen to think looks beyond retarded. I chose to use Cursed Vision instead, because honestly, it's one of the best looking leather helms in the game. The Demon Hunter connection, and being able to look like one, is very cool. When I was working on these sets, I consulted a few friends about which items to use, etc. etc. One of my friends, upon seeing this set asked me "well if this is supposed to be a BC set, why don't you use the REAL BiS rogue items from the Sunwell era?" My response to this was, "well because Transmog is more about looks than stats, and frankly, most of the Sunwell pieces look completely retarded." So if any of you were wondering why I'm not using something like http://www.wowhead.com/item=34244, that's why. I had a bit of leeway on the weapons, so I chose to use Muramasa, because I felt that the Japanese mythology name fit the Rogue/Ninja theme well, and Crux of the Apocalypse because, well, frankly it was the closest match to Muramasa that I could find. As far as thrown weapons, my first thought was obviously http://www.wowhead.com/item=34349 since it matches the whole Sunwell T6 tier motif, however, upon looking at the model, I realized it was far too large and goofy-shaped to even PASS as a realistic throwing weapon. I wanted a more realistic throwing star. So I went through throwing weapon models, hoping to find something within BC gear, to fit my expansion theme. T6 content yielded nothing. In T5 content, I found http://www.wowhead.com/item=30025, but that item LIES. It's a shuriken in name only, the model is of a knife. I hate knives or axes, I want a ninja star. In my mind, a true Rogue would use nothing else. Finally I found the Shuriken of Negation from Gruul, in T4 content. As a whole, I think Burning Crusade provided pretty terrible Rogue gear, and I dislike the look of most of this stuff, but it does serve my purpose of conveying BC pride, which was still to this day my favorite expansion of raid content.

As far as the second set goes, I have always preferred simpler gear sets. Rogue tier has always been way too flashy and colorful. A real Rogue wouldn't want a bunch of bright colors and stupid spikes flying off every which way. A true Rogue would want gear that would help him remain unseen. For a long time I had always assumed I would use http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=184 or http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=512, with my preferences firmly set on the latter. I hold firm to my belief that Darkmantle is the single best designed gear set for Rogues in this game's history. However, being that I rolled a Gnome and realized how ridiculous it looks on Gnomes, combined with the fact that a full ninja mask would hide my awesome mohawk, I was forced to look elsewhere. I decided my best bet would probably be to try and make myself look as close to the Savory Deviate Delight Ninja costume as I could, and I recalled a thread where a guy put together a similar set for RP. Without further ado I present what I came up with:

    http://www.wowhead.com/compare?items...35:59430:56893

A few notes. First off, I wanted to use http://www.wowhead.com/item=6588 for shoulders, but then I remembered the annoying restriction that Transmog stuff has to have stats, so I went with the Cloaked Shoulders since they share a model and color. My first choice for mask would have been http://www.wowhead.com/item=19984, but I vendored mine ages ago and they removed it, and the quest, from the game, so I chose Sunroc Mask since it shares model and color. The Ginn-su Sword is the only katana-like weapon I'm aware of that sheathes across the back. http://www.wowhead.com/item=23540 is great, but the color scheme is too out-of-this-world. The Ginn-su actually looks like a real, normal steel weapon. It's too bad that none of these http://www.wowhead.com/item=8190#same-model-as sheathe across the back, because I feel that the Hanzo Sword's model matches the Assassin's Blade far better. There's something a little off about the Ginn-su's model. However, I felt that a Rogue with a katana across the back and a tanto at the hip was very realistic, I felt that is probably how a lot of real Ninjas wore their weapons. I wish I still had my Assassin's Blade from my twinking days, I was at 19 for the whole time I was in Vanilla, and through most of BC. Didn't end up leveling until the Warglaives got datamined. I figure I'll farm for it a bit, and if I don't get it or get bored, I'll settle for any of these http://www.wowhead.com/item=1935#same-model-as since they all look the same. It's just that Assassin's Blade has the coolest name, although Stealthblade is second. I feel this is my favorite set and I'll probably be using this 90-95% of the time. I like simplicity.

A few closing comments. I firmly despise the restriction that you have to Transmog a weapon into only that weapon type. If I end up having to use a mace or axe because it's BiS for my class, I won't be able to use my Ginn-su as source material, which, in my mind, throws off my whole set. I also dislike the idea that if I enchant my source weapon, the enchant I used won't show on my actual weapon I'm wearing, and rather my actual DPS enchant will show through. I don't want to be using a Ginn-su with Landslide, that seems ridiculous to me. I actually wanted to put Fiery on my weapons and have that display through. These two restrictions alone have made me consider dropping Combat altogether and going Assassination, even though I've always hated Assassination and have always preferred the gameplay of Combat. If I was Assassination, I could always have the same Daggers as source material for Transmog, since my BiS weapons are always Daggers. And I could use something like dual http://www.wowhead.com/item=31193 or http://www.wowhead.com/item=69621 and http://www.wowhead.com/item=69620 with built-in glows that override enchants so I never have to worry about what ridiculous enchant glow is on my DPS weapons. Not sure exactly what I'm going to do yet, we'll have to see how they change Transmog over the coming months, and hopefully they remove some of these silly restrictions.

I apologize for the abominable wall of text, I obviously had a lot to say... If you read all this, thanks for your time.
