Resto Shaman 3/7 25HM LFG

I'm a Resto Shaman looking for a 25 man hard mode progressed guild. My current worn iLvl is 376, I have a majority of normal mode gear and a few hard mode pieces. I've downed H Shannox, Ryolith and Alysrazor. I've worked on H Beth and H Domo. Right now I'm looking to raid 3 nights during the week (no weekends please) some time after 5PM CST.

I've raided since BC, and I've been on my shaman since the beginning of WotLK. My last couple of guilds have just collapsed within 2-3 months of joining. I can't afford to keep server transferring but I'm giving it one more attempt.

I AM NOT LOOKING FOR:

10 man guild, guilds not on heroic modes yet, or a bench spot.

Please, I am willing to transfer and faction change. But if you need me because you are losing members and aren't progressing don't waste your time or mine.

I will respond to any whispers, in-game mail, or forum posts as promptly as I can. I hope to find a new permanent home within a week or two. Thanks for your time.

Solution is currently recruiting for our 25 roster. We are an Alliance guild on the Greymane server. We are currently 2/7 Heroic Mode in 25 man. We raid Tues, Thurs and Sun 8-12 est.

We take raiding seriously, but we also don’t get too obsessed over any progression race. Mostly importantly our goal is to respect each others time, down bosses and have a good time playing with each other.

Exceptional Players of any class will be looked at so feel free to apply even if our need for your class and spec is low.

We take time during raids very seriously, as we only raid 3 days per week. We care about the numbers you put out, but that you also fit into our guild and enjoy the people you play with. We play together because we enjoy both the challenges of raid encounters and the social aspects of coming together with friends and family. We aim to be a low drama guild that just likes to get stuff done together.

Expectations:
We expect members to be quick adaptive learners and able to pick-up strategies quickly. Members should not only know their own class and role well, but be aware of what else is going on around them. Our guild would be the perfect spot for someone who was capable of raiding in a more hard core guild, but no longer have the time to commit 4-5 days a week to raiding.

If you constantly tunnel vision or are not capable of fixing your mistakes please do not apply. If you do decide to apply please put effort into your application and use proper grammar and correct spelling. Many of us are young professionals and look to see that our applicants take raiding and our time seriously. All raiders should aim to maintain a minimum of 75-80% attendance, have a stable connection and computer capable of raiding 25s.
