Notre Dame game suspended due to no weather

the first time it was suspended, there was lightning, and it was storming. This time, they are evacuating the field again, with nothing. No rain, no thunder, no lightning, no high winds. Are they doing it to try to figuire out the USF defense before they lose this one? Are they just being over-protective because of the guy that died last year? what is going on?

combined with the mysterious clock issues (There kept on being more time and it had to be reset down more) I am getting suspicious of this game.

hehe I basically meant it as a joke, but it is rather odd that they called it with no rain or anything even. After about 10 minutes it started raining and stuff, so I guess they know more then me!

The clock issues are odd though.
