I don't really raid hardcore, 1 night a week only. It's an altraid of a top 50 10m and top 150 25m. I'm the weakest player in there, especially taking into account the experience they have on all fights I still need to "progress" on, but been invited every week for 10 months or so now so I'm not terrible either. It's a bit weird/different than normal progression, but hey, I got 14/14hc down on a 1night a week schedule so not complaining.
If you want to get into raiding again as well, and don't want to spend too much time on wow, definitly definitly recommend finding a top guild alt run and join them every week. Just need a bit of luck to get into one but they really appreciate proper attendance.

Mine does both reg raiding and flex raiding every week just to catch up
