Similarly I'm not crazy about Roserade's design, but it's infinitely better than Roselia's imo. I've used Roserade quite a bit in X. Forgot why I dropped her from my team, I think it's because I got a misdreavus in wonder trade by chance.

This makes me realize that I'm always struggling to find a good electric type attack user or fire type attack user every gen. Pearl was the absolute worst. The only fire type move I had was Steelix and fire fang.

Gen 4 sucked ass for fire types. If you didn't take Chimchar then your only bet was Ponyta, who you didn't meet until Cycling Road (it was in the grass beneath it.)

I have a question. If you're going into a battle with no idea what kind of pokemon or moves your opponent has, are spikes or stealth rock a better choice?

I think for ORAS I'll just wing it an run whatever team I will. After the E4 though, I want to just take my favorite pokemon and try to do my best with them.

Figuring out which are my faves is hard. Been using that site where you have 2 choices of pokemon, and gotta pick one over the other until there is only 1 left.
Hmm Here it is.

Did about 4 times. My top 10 keeps switching. Only thing for certain is that apparently Gallade is my favorite now, and Lapras and Altaria are still in the top 3. Alakazam is somewhere there, and I've been liking him more lately. Got seviper, ninetales, flygon, and vaporeon twice, which didn't surprise me. Got garchomp, galvantula, milotic, and scizor once. Was a little surprised I still like girafarig. Thing needs a mega evolution.

Kind of surprised that I never got roserade or misagius at all considering how much I use them. Then again, I guess it's not that surprising.

Well you could try.....naming them after Akame ga Kill characters and just go by the looks (how one person reminds you on a specific pokemon).
I did the same with log horizon. (or any other anime or series you like)
