they are more common compared to before but they are still really rare.

my shuppet was my first shiny this gen and I only got it in friend safari after I beat the game :l

i think friend safari has high chance of shinies i got my first ever shiny electrode from safari, and as many other people, and on top of that they have 31 ivs in two stats guarnteed with chance of hidden ability.. so it wouldnt suprise me if they increased the chance

So stat wise mega banette didn't get much of a boost.

Its attack went up by 40 and everything else went up about 10. Nothing major. Should of been a perm evolution imo since its so underwhelming.
