Why do people want my legendary for a Shuppet.... -.-'

I so happen to have a Shuppet right here... Want me to breed one quickly for you? Or is the Shuppet hatch time really long perhaps...

When you go to search, go to the bottom, and in the options, don't include special Pokemon.

It'll sweep out all those fucktards. Though people who want the Birds will still be there.

I don't get it, how do I know what IVs my Pokémon have?

You can get a general idea from the dude in the purple suit in the... Kirolude? Kilorude? WHATEVER THAT TOWN IS that you access by train after beating the Elite 4. But yeah he's hanging out in the Pokemon Center, and if you ask him about a Pokemon in your party, he'll say...

If your pokemon's IVs are average, below average, above average, outstanding, etc
and then
The specific IV they're best at, and any that tie with it.

If he follows that statement with "It just can't be beat!" then it's 31 IVs in that (those) stats.

Then he'll say "Your pokemon's got ____ potential overall" which is just a descriptor of another average, I think.

So it's just very, very, very basic ideas. You can however game it; Pokemon from the friend safari have two guaranteed 31-statted IVs. And you can breed IVs down with the use of items like Destiny Knot and those power-items that you get for BP.
