ok im bak i came back from other world, got elder supreme kais super power boost and now i am mystic greymane! my full potential up to lvl 20 super worgen has been unlocked cervix thank you sooooo much for that. ive found fragments all over the interwebs but never saw that full comic, he must have just added the parts after pikkon defeated broly since i found that in january.

Gero installed Power sensors on 16, but not on 17 and 18. Easy as that. It may have been harder to put on a human-based as opposed to a synthetic android.

Yeah except that sensing powers was easily done by Friezas tech (its over 9000!)

Those are attachments. 16's seemed to be placed directly inside his eyes. Probably hard to do with human eyes.

As for fearing 16, 16 wasn't finished his programming.
