New Computer, need a WiFi adapter, suggestions!?

The one I linked is PCI. Generally it will have a better signal than USB / be more reliable. Less portable though.

And that will work without me having to remove the GTX 560? I'm confused in regards to PCI / PCI X.

Yup, you appear to have two PCI slots at the bottom of the mobo, they are the long lighter blue ones.

im getting 10-15 ms on my wireless connection and around 10-13 on wired
