<Desolation> is a small, adult guild, focused on 10-raiding. We have a strong tanking/DPS core, and need some committed healers in order to progress. We just started up raiding again, with plans to focus primarily on Firelands. We keep a small number of active members, so can guarantee raid spots to people who can commit to our raids and our guild. Once we round out our team, past performance and our own competitive natures mean that we should progress quickly. We take our raiding seriously, but don't bawl out people who make a mistake, and we try to have some fun while working towards our goals.

While an already-geared and FL-experienced healer or two would be fabulous, we are very open to bringing in smart, situationally-aware, and willing to work players. If you're a fast learner, we're happy to teach you the fights, and if you can put in some time at the beginning, we can help you round out your gear. In return, we ask for people who know their class, are willing to keep up on research for it, and will put the basic work of getting troll heroic, crafted, and justice/valor point gear at the very least. If you come from a more progressed guild, here's a chance to work back up quickly with a low-to-no drama guild where every member is an important part of the team. If you can commit to our guild and raid times, we will commit to you.

Raiding is on Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday with form-up at 8:45pm and going until midnight EST.
