No, they have no class restriction (the same with all T3 items)

T3 was the first token tier set, so the tokens had class restriction, but not the items you got from the quests you did with them. So the T3 pieces don't have any restriction except it is cloth/leather/mail/plate

The lighting doesnt change the color of it at all, best match there is anyways
