Reset monitor settings. Uninstall your graphics card driver. Run a drive cleaning program such as Ccleaner. Lastly update your graphics driver to the most recent revision.

Tried all that thanks
, it still did it though =\. But I found out that it was my OC, as soon as I undid it, it fixed itself xD

When it was OC'd I got 60 with everything maxed, but w/o the OC on max it stays around 48 - 50 but can drop to 30 when there is a crapload of stuff happening
