The enchants he should use are either thunderlord or bleeding hollow, never the multistrike one. General rule is <30% unbuffed use thunderlord, >30% unbuffed used bleeding hollow.
Getting an empty drinking horn and the archi trinket will go a long way, I only use chorus for hellfire assult, unending hunger is a BiS arms trinket.
Since he has the 4 set t18 learning to play arms for council, tyrant and archi is generally very beneficial to the raid group.
One thing to know is that the t17 is so god damn good for fury, so people who were able to obtain a mythic set of t17 will be of similar bracket but have considerable advantage in the logs. If you check the top mythic fury parses for iron reaver they all use mythic t17. (which is fkn stupid but w/e blizzard)
Fury is always going to have a little trouble atm on single target vs classes like arcane mage, lock, rogue, hunter etc because they are just considerably better at it.
Generally it's storm bolt for single target and dragons roar otherwise. Avatar and blood bath are both fairly close use which ever. I enjoy using seigebreaker into blood bath and using anger management if I need to bladestorm sooner.
I only really see a good use of ravager on iskar and maybe archi as fury? not sure I play arms for archi. Anger management may help bladestorm line up with doomfires or deathcallers.
He seems to not be using a second pot, so maybe he's not using a pre pot and then potting as the boss is already pulled? he should pot at around 2 second of the pull timer and then again at 20%.
Doing well as fury is mostly being able to bladestorm the correct things at the correct times. Always bladestorm while enraged for the full duration.
Make sure to truly understand the priority here in terms of doing the rotation correctly.
