    • Developers' note: We are entirely removing Conduit Energy as a system in the upcoming 9.1.5 patch, but in the meantime, we wanted to hotfix in a stopgap measure that should effectively remove it as a meaningful constraint.

  • The Trueheart Spear debuff can no longer be applied more than once on a target.

If Blizzard knew they weren't going to devote resources to balancing covenants, they should have gone in the complete opposite direction and have all covenants functionally the same, with different cosmetics and story. IE either no covenant ability for each class, or the same across covenants. And all three soulbinds for each covenant are the same trees with other covenants, just skinned to a different NPC.
Ofc its hard to balance. And with Balance i dont mean "Covenant A is in Single Target, Multi Target, PvP and Open World as good as Covenant B, C and D". I mean it that way that Multi Target Covenant shouldnt be sooooo much worse then a Singletarget one. Like " I do 6k DPS with ST Covenant, with MT Covenant i just do 4k DPS on Single targets!" Thats bad.

Classes/Specs should be "done" when they reached maxlevel and Covenants should have a small impact. Like if u pick a MT Covenant u do like 5-10% more DMG (or what ever) then the same Spec with a ST Covenant. Its just bad that some specs have a covenant that is BiS for all specs and all situations, like Monks (for a long time). And some Covenants are Super good for Spec A but super bad for Spec B, that sucks aswell, when u play multiple Specs.

But its a problem that never gonna be solved, because the WoWO Community is just to fixed on performance and progress. Damagemeter, Simcraft, Weakaura etc all this removed the fun/roleplaying aspect out of the game. So the only thing that could work is something like WoW2 that dont allow addons like weakaura, damagemeters and simcraft, so maybe people start playing for fun again.
