Unravel the Secrets of Azeroth

What is Secrets of Azeroth?
Beginning on August 31, players will be tasked with putting on their thinking caps to uncover who is behind a recent string of artifact thefts through a variety of daily clues, with the last clue revealing itself on September 13. You’ll need to keep your eyes peeled for daily secrets and tantalizing new rumors and even play a little ‘follow the leader’ with some of your favorite community creators to discover some of the secrets Azeroth has to offer.

Rewards
To those who fortune favors, go the rewards. Here are some of the items you can add to your collections:

Tricked-Out Thinking Cap (Toy)

Torch of Pyrreth (Toy)

Titan Key (Weapon Transmog)

Deerstalker Hat (head Transmog), Pattie the Alpaca (mount), and Tobias (pet) with Deerstalker hats.

When the Dust Settles
While the last clue will make its way into Azeroth on September 13, you won’t be left out if you don’t get to play along each day. Every clue and reward will remain available to be found long after the dust settles. This event isn’t planned as a regularly occurring holiday, however we’ve heard a rumor there could be more secrets in Azeroth’s future. You just never know.

Happy hunting, everyone!

    Play the game, probably.

I imagine it's something like a random new Shikaar npc in Valdrakken, you scratch your head and think well let's fly to the plains where you discover a new daily quest giver. Something like that, it won't be complicated.

I can't remember when, but I think it was during WoD when they started ruining spell effects.
I think spell effects look better than ever. I have been leveling an elemental shaman and all of the spells look incredible.

Although I will say character models are a little too cartoony sometimes. I think its their walking animation.

OT: Excited to get the alpaca mount, Wowhead should have a guide up after the first couple days.

I'll probably just wait the 30 seconds for the absolute gods of the secret finders who found stuff like the Hivemind. It'll depend on how hard these clues are.

I do love these secrets but sometimes they are just hilariously unfair. Remember Ba'al? My computer is glitching or I'd show you a screenshot of the cave that had like 10,000 pebbles in it and you had to find the right one.

I like the proper golden retriever puppy. The other golden retriever is cute but it doesn't really look like a golden.

Hah, you have won this comment section imo. You'd think that this kind of thing would not be advertised so loudly since its supposed to be a secret and would be focussed on actual lore ingame leading players to discovery on their own. But we both know that it's just a dumb questline for some ugly cosmetics that people will do in 30 minutes with a guide.

And whatever 'secrets' this current team of dumbo writers puts into the game is probably going to be something nobody cares about like "Vulpera aren't actually foxes" , something everybody already knows like "The Old Gods might still be alive" or some vague hints at next expansion to give the Youtubers something to hype about.

Yeah how about no? I'll wait for the guide..

Event seems interesting. I’m usually not too good with stuff like this, and I don’t really feel like watching streamers for it, so I’ll probably wait for the guide. If it was entirely in game I’d definitely find it more appealing, even though I’d probably be at a loss at points.

That key lookin' kinda nice. And by the looks of it, it's a 1h and 2h cosmetic? (vulpera looks like it's a 2h staff, while the blood elf is using it with a shield)

Looking forward to the lore potential (possibly that ethereal villain from Hearthstone up to no good in WoW?) and the rest of the rewards.
