So - we don't know what level the mage is in this video, however we do know the level 27 elite is YELLOW for him?How does that add up with the mega damage from ABlast ?

Same here. I signed up in the first hour and have been active with no breaks since Vanilla. I guess there were already many who were more active-er ?

That's a very rare shade of yellow, more commonly known as grey. Adjust your color settings?

and those other factors are? no point in only providing us a half-truth

getting in the minute before mop goes live isn't a reason to calm down

nowhere in the ap agreement did it say that other people who got ap would be getting in before me

it's like standing in line to buy food an hour after the restaurant ordered and they wait until everyone for the rest of the day ordered and got their food handed to them and then gave you yours just before closing...yeah im sure everyone signed up for that

As someone who likes to dungeon level tank classes and can solo most dungeons up to wrath with heirlooms, really like this feature. That and like its been said, farming lower level dungeons for transmog gear got that mush faster.

RAWR, I didn't get into a beta to level a toon that I'm going to have to level all over again after the XPac actually drops. RAWR!!!

Indeed. There are probably hundreds of thousand. Another factor was probably computer spec - better computers were probably invited so they could sort out the initial problems without whingers blaming blizzard when it was their own systems. Just a hunch.

Good thing about not being invited the first wave is that when you finally get in there will be less bugs, glitches etc. Personally i want to get in last wave

Funny seeing everyone cheer like blizzard turned water to wine, about something rift and swtor have had since release.

Long overdue, but Rift had this before SWTOR or WoW did. Kinda amazing really. Its not some high concept idea like some of the other things WoW is lifting from Rift/SWTOR/GW2, its a bit odd that it didn't happen years ago. Can't complain when games take things from other games. Its the way the industry works. Rift snatched a few ideas from SWTOR, and so forth. So its not just Blizzard, nor is it indicative of anything other than MMO's wanting all of your cash.

Except you are wrong, because you rarely see more than five people outside of a city at any given time, and hardly ever more than 20 per zone, if anything. The grand majority of people in WoW are sitting in "sitties" AFK or playing the auction house. The rest, PvP or PvE.

Plus, you know, it is the Beta.

Nice to see Rift features getting back-ported into WoW. I hope WoW gets automatic zone and world event grouping soon as well. I'm going to come back and try out MoP, if only to level up my "main" to the new level cap. I'll probably go back to Rift again, but I'm glad I won't be gouging my eyes out waiting for all the loot, now ;-)
