Basic reading skills FAIL. They explicitely tell you that they're doing it progressively and will only apply the full squish to all content once they're happy with the tuning on Warlords, yet you draw the opposite conclusion.

But please don't be alarmed or concerned that you'll be unable to do older content as a result of the squish. The current state of affairs is temporary, and we'll let you know once Azeroth has been fully updated to reflect the new stat values.

Good to know that according to sore alliance losers I am a biased, fat nerd that cheats and is a bastard at heart, because horde's the evil faction.

God, the amount of shit flying around here...it was blizzard's responsibility in every detail, why hating on horde now?
1) It was blizz's responsibility of distributing information about it. Wether they go full retard and will really favor the winner only, or have the just as retarded plan to let players think they'll do this, the blame's on blizz. People tending to vote more for their own fraction is a given if you announce only the winner makes it ingame.
2) It was blizz's responsibility to make voting limited to account. Well they didn't. Dont make cheaters out of every horde just because blizz screwed up.
3) It was blizz's responsibility to make sure the bikes would be to our liking. They decided the looks on their own, though. Dont try putting blame on horde on this one.

And insulting horde in generalizing them in a negative way and calling them names makes you nothing other than a believable example of why the alliance kiddie POV may be no myth after all.

Who cheated how much, how many players voted for the other faction, who can tell? People complain about both design, is that the fault of the factions as well?

Can anyone please tell me when we will get the chopper ingame? I heard the blizzard guy say something like "to be featured in the new expansion" or something but i sure hope i didn't hear that right.... I thought it would be after the voting, not in WoD...

Both are pretty cool, though the Horde one looks more like a prop than a motorcycle. On the other hand the Horde one sounds a hell of a lot better. Still the chrome of the Alliance is just amazing. Love the deign much more then the Horde one. Much more unique.

So you play both factions. And I said not everybody plays both factions. Somebody who doesn't have an Alliance character would probably not vote for the Alliance bike.

I have always played Horde, but in this contest I actually voted for the Alliance bike. Why? Because there is nothing in the game that looks like that, it would have been a unique model to see running around. The Horde bike/trike thing looks way too much like the Goblin racial mounts. I know I'm not the only one who has reservations about it, I think if the Horde bike had been a traditional 2 wheel design this vote would have been even more of a landslide in favor of Horde... they probably made it 3 wheels to give the Ally a chance.

I knew Horde was going to win, but I actually liked the Alliance bike and voted for it. I like the tread on the front and the Alliance shield and yeah, it's shiny. The Horde one just looks very generic to me.

And I know it's just a silly bike, but why couldn't they have had 2 designs for each faction and have players vote for which one they liked better so that both sides could get a new mount? They had to know they were asking for trouble with this and what would happen when one side inevitably lost.

283 Horde mounts vs 282 Alliance mounts doesn't seem balanced.

I wasn't referring just to the AC incident, it's the whole thing.
Ever since I've started browsing MMO-champion forums, I stumble across evermore topic where horde gets this, horde gets that, imbalanced, etc.

For example, Horde oriented expansion for MoP; Alliance has basically been raiding the Horde main city for "free", from a RP point of view, that's pretty big, without even considering the fact that the Horde didn't have a leader until Garrosh fell. I'd consider that pretty big.
WoD turning into another Horde expansion, it kinda goes the same way?

And it kinda depends on how you want to look at it, any way. I mean, if you'll always stick to the dogma that Horde gets everything, then it will, no mater what I say. Because as an observer, I got to see some things unbiased (well, at least that's what I like to think). And whatever you interpret, there are always to sides to a coin.

10th Anniversary will be Hogs! He's in the Alliance capital.

As for the Choppers...well, it still came down to a vote. And how I understand that is that you'll still get the number 283, providing you have a horde character.
If the put both in, then this show would have made even less sense.

So you are faction switching because of a single mount? Dude. I can tell you got other issues that need looking into.

Many alliance players voted for horde bike because alliance one was worse in their opinion.

No, not really. Many alliance people voted for horde bike. Opposite is true as well.

Anywho..both bikes looked amazing in my opinion. Hoping they add the alliance one in at some point just because it would be a shame to waste a great design

That way, those who were following X person, also saw it and possibly went to vote, or at least visited the site due curiosity. And not to forget, that some players asked his/her real life friends to support him/her even if none of them even played World of Warcraft. Even if Blizzard would release both bikes, making pro-Horde/anti-Alliance a bit sadder, they would still get more money than without this event.

I understand unsubbing due to the drought we're currently experiencing (although, that doesn't really bother me right now, since I'm unsubbed because of exams)

I agree on the marketing, though. It's logical, as well as all the hype they made with it.

Well, I can't remember a moment when I was more pissed off to Blizzard than I'm currently. Lack of content, creating shitty voting and then even fueling the fire by dodging the questions.
