Blizzard has added a new mount with the Fenix update! You can acquire the Celestial Ursa with your first gem purchase from the ingame store.

    Looks gaudy and isn't very interesting. HotS is seriously lacking in the mount department, though to be honest mounts were kind of a dumb idea anyways.

    I haven't played HotS in months, and I only play a few matches and stop again.
    It's a F2P game, can't really say it's greed when the only way they have to make money is stuff like this.

    Yay a new sparkly mount for my collection, I love the celestial mounts.

    Also I don't care whether I have to be a money whale or not to get it.

    Ah, so preatee. When I play HotS, I use the Celestial Horse, but this bear is nice looking.

    If it's for your first gem purchase does that mean it's only available to new players? Or did they mean to write first gem purchase following it's addition?

    Good news, they explained it terribly, you do just get it for buying gems regardless if you bought some earlier. Basically the same as getting the alpha/beta goats for spending cash.
