I agree! But it's entertaining to read all that crap if you don't actually care about it.
Both yes and no. I dont care about it at all and its somewhat fun to read the "arguments" and "logic" behind why EU is better or why US is better and who REALLY won etc but it goes toxic really fast which kind of sucks.
It's been longer than 16 hours since Limit won, right?
Where do you all get the number 16 from? Limit started raiding when it was 11pm in central europe due to the long maintenance for US servers - 8-9h before echo.

Actually as soon as the boss feel over for Limit and it hadn't fallen over for anyone else Limit won. The rest of the talk is just people looking for excuses.

I don't know,it's just the number that keeps getting repeated so it's what I used.
none of the raiders truly care about the head start and even then for those of you who claim "limit had an 18 hour head start" or however long it actually is
about 70 generals pulls were bugged and unable to be killed so they were wasting time there
they didnt have strats to pull from other guilds for bosses they killed before others
they didnt shut off their stream on the final boss
they just played better

Yeah, it's an excuse, let's have olympians start races at different times and whoever finishes first won, right? Because this is how logic works lol.
Not sure why people are still arguing though, Complexity won the race, they got the first kill in all cases, whether it was time they had access to content or not.
so im curious, the patches are released in NA almost a day before EU, right... does that mean that EU downed the boss far faster than NA?

Thats would be fine if servers and raids started at same time all around the world, but it don't do they? if you give a guild a headstarts , be in 5 minuters or 5 hours, the clock should count by how long it took for them to start raid to down of boss, that is the far more reasonable time count.

It might be more reasonable. But it isn't how it is. First to fall over. First to win. That just how it be.

Its a huge excuse. The people in the race all seem to agree. It is obvious it can be done. It is only a problem when it isn't. Even the people in the race agree that first ones boss to fall is the winner. It is pretty simple. This is not an official event. The only people that debate it are people that get salty af about it that aren't even involved.
Just enjoy the show. It is just a lot easier that way. Basing some sort of "continental pride" on it is just silly.
People are talking about 16h, which is just wrong. And yeah, 8h are not much when you stream your progress and everyone can see & adapt the strats.
Let´s also not forget a bugged stone legion generals fight - which was hotfixed when echo started the fight.
The headstart doesn`t even matter, limit cleared faster.

Regardless whatever metric you want to use, Limit beat Denathrius faster than Echo did. Echo beat Denatharius about 18 hours after Limit beat it. That's more then the "16 hour" difference that people here have been using, which isn't even accurate due to a delay in NA servers going live.
