  • Fixed an issue where the Eye Wish You Were Here criteria for all players being hit with Photoflash! would sometimes not properly be rewarded due to an unexpected interaction with pets.

Classes
  • Druid
    • Balance
      • Star Burst (PvP Talent) can no longer be picked up by player pets and NPCs.
  • Rogue
    • Fixed an issue with a select few finishing abilities not getting properly Animacharged when using Echoing Reprimand (Kyrian Ability).

Creatures and NPCs
  • The Carriage Crusher has managed to ambush a few supply runs and now drops Relic Fragments and Anima when defeated by players completing the Anima Supply Carriage event.
  • After hearing complaints from Stormwind citizens, Lillian Singh will now be selling her holiday fireworks in a more appropriate attire. She will be keeping her sparkler though.

Dungeons and Raids
  • Sanctum of Domination
    • Following scheduled weekly maintenance next week in each region, the quest “Storming the Sanctum” will now additionally reward players with 6 Runekeeper's Ingots, worth a total of 1500 Anima. Players who have already completed this quest will be offered it again at that time.
    • Eye of the Jailer
      • Fixed an issue where Dragging Chains and Desolation Beam could target the same player when there are other available targets.
      • Fixed an issue where rogues, ghouls, and other player pets with similar targeted leaps or teleports would be moved to the tip of the platforms when casting those abilities on transition between phases. Players and pets should land at more consistent locations using these abilities.
      • Fixed an issue where sometimes players might not be able to Reincarnate or use a Soulstone after falling off the platform while in combat.
    • Fatescribe Roh-Kalo
      • Fixed an issue where the Sylvanas Windrunner encounter could incidentally begin during the fight, preventing cooldowns from resetting correctly after the encounter ends.
  • Spires of Ascension
    • Kin-Tara
      • Fixed an issue that would keep her in the air and prevent her from landing back onto the ground.

Items and Rewards
  • Fixed an issue where the Archivist Item Upgrade preview would display incorrect stat values for certain spell effects. This was purely a visual issue in the preview and did not reflect the item itself.
  • Fixed an issue where the First Class Healing Distributor trinket was providing a greater amount of healing than intended
  • Fixed an issue that was causing Forsaken Crusader's Blade to not properly reflect that it is a two-handed caster sword and will drop only for Holy Paladins from the Wrath of the Jailer chest.
  • Fixed an issue where outfits containing dual wield Legion Artifact weapon appearances could not be saved.
  • Lunarlight Pods are once again visible for collecting.

Pet Battles
  • The Tundra Penguin pets have marched back from their arctic adventures and are once again visible in the Pet Journal and while summoned.

Quests

  • Tinybell will no longer call for your help unless Maelie, the Wanderer is available to be found. Additionally, Maelie is now available more frequently.
  • Bonus Objectives are no longer displayed on your map after completing Chapter 1 of any covenant campaign.
  • Players should no longer be affected by the Collected effect caused by other players during the quest “Into the Vault.”

Torghast
  • Increased the par time on shorter floors.
    • Developers’ note: Our goal is that par time, the expected amount of time the floor will take that is automatically adjusted based on floor size and number of enemies, is equally attainable whether you get short or long floors in a given run.

User Interface
  • Fixed an issue where receiving a Text to Speech message could appear to clear the currently visible chat settings.

Patch 9.1 - Maelie Hotfix

Nonetheless, with a hotfix, we’re increasing her spawn rate, and we’re also making it so that Tiny Bell will no longer beckon for you help if Maelie is not up.

Those changes should go live in the next day or two.

Thank you!

Today on EU again: no Maelie anywhere, Tinybell wants me to look for her. How do they consistently manage to screw this up?

    I should have known better.
Got it on my DK, it simmed way higher for Obliteration, so I went ahead and upgraded it.
It was fun while it lasted!

So it seems Blizzard is quite satisfied with Choregast v 0.2

9.1 Torghast is an improvement, I think (still tentative), but it still feels like a chore because it's "lol" easy, that's to say boring as hell 9 out of 10 runs imo, and it is still tied to gated progression of player power. Fine, but next time can I just get a daily?

How do people manage to consistently ignore important details.

"Those changes should go live in the next day or two."

Nowhere did they say it was live yet.

Well, I'd be embarrassed if I were you.
June 8 Hotfix notes directly above:
Tinybell will no longer call for your help unless Maelie, the Wanderer is available to be found. Additionally, Maelie is now available more frequently.

Amazing you can't even finish reading the post before coming here to cry.

You continue to embarrass youself. The hotfix is live. It is literally part of the patch notes above.

It literally says at the top of the list of all patch notes, not all changes listed are live immediately. Stop your whining already (talk about embarrassing) It will be fixed.

So you are caught to be wrong and now handwave it away.
What it really says is: "Some of the hotfixes below take effect the moment they were implemented, while others may require scheduled realm restarts to go into effect."
What was it you said again? "How do people manage to consistently ignore important details"?

The hotfix post clearly states which fix requires a restart (the raidquest one), so it follows that all other fixes should be live.

    Thus they screwed up. Again.

It also says some require a client-side patch and we haven't had one since the 7th, but we'll conveniently ignore that too because one obviously delayed update (NOT fix) will come with maintenance. It's ok, I'm sorry man. It has definitely been added and they broke it again (although it wasn't really a fix either, just something so they didn't have to deal with all the sobbing). My apologies.

Look, I'm gonna reach out to blizzard personally and let them know that they wasted at least 5 mins of your time, in a zone you were already in, looking for the 10th recolor of a mount and that it really cut into the time you were gonna spend complaining about them on the internet. I'll make sure they include a personal apology in the next set of patch notes when they finally get this fixed for you (if it's even still broken).

Side note...feel bad for all the continued raging support tickets they're going to get from people who click on Tinybell and see the chat interaction, yet can't find the horse.

Ah yeah, sarcasm because it's somehow my fault Blizzard repeatedly fucked up and I had the gall to point that out because it's hard to test things.
Screw off with your white knighting.

P.s. "Please keep in mind that some issues cannot be addressed without a client-side patch update. "
This obviously and by definition doesn't apply to hotfixes and is just a hint that some bigger problems that can't be hotfixed need a client patch.
You're grasping at straws and have to be intentionally dishonest at this point because I can't believe you've made it through 13 years on this site without ever learning what a hotfix is.

You seem to have really big problems accepting when you are demonstrably wrong. You might want to work on that.

P.p.s. And you are lowballing your estimate of 5 minutes a lot since in addition to the known spawns I also have to check every other nook and cranny in Korthia to make sure there's no spawn that hasn't been discovered yet, so make that 10-20. Several days in a row. Completely in vain because Blizzard fucked up.

Jesus, go outside you cry baby lol. P.P.P.P.P.S. They didn't fuck up. They clearly said she wasn't supposed to be an every day thing. That was merely an assumption people made. YOU fucked up. Hell, it probably is fixed and you're out there looking for here AGAIN while she's not available lmao. They are increasing the "spawn" or rate at which she leaves/can be found/whatever so they stop having to listen to children like you whine all day long about not being able to pet a horse. That's not fixing a fuck up. That's fixing the flood of support tickets full of bitching and moaning from people like you. Be sure to send another ticket every day she isn't there though. I'm sure you will.

PSPs. I know how hotfixes work. Outliers exist which is why they make disclaimers. I fucked up making the assumption of believing you and that it was actually broken and figured it could be an outlier. Not a clue at this point if it's even still broken with with everything you've said.

You don't even understand how it works (and worked for a few days). I never said I expected her to be up every day. There's two states to this event:
    1. Maelie is standing behind Tinybell. Tinybell has no special dialogue.
    2. Maelie is gone and somewhere in Korthia, Tinybell tells you to find her.

Well, somehow Blizzard broke it to be:
    3. Tinybell tells you to find Maelie, she's nowhere, making it undistinguishable for players to know whether she's up or not.

You continue finding new ways to be wrong about everything. Maybe should have informed yourself before coming here like a bulldozer, insulting people.
