I saw the tooltip saying it affects periodic shadow spell. So SWain ONLY or it does affect mind flay as well if MF also considered as DoT?

For all intents and purposes, Mind Flay is basically a channelled DoT and so does gain benefit from Dark Evangelism. Also, your Vampiric Touch and Devouring Plague also get a benefit, not just Shadow Word: Pain.

ok, thanks for that. good to know it does affect mind flay. Devouring Plague can get benefit from it just suprised me. I just realized it says "shadow periodic spell" but not "shadow peridoic damage", so I think you are right.

To sum up, spells can get benefit from it are:

- SW: pain
- Mind Flay
- Vampiric Touch
- Devouring Plague
