bad benchmark with amd hd 7850 HD

recently i noticed i lag while playing games.
im running hd7850 oc and an i7 ivy bridge with 8 gigs ram on a p8h77 asus motherboard.
i keep on having bad fps and my benchmarks are horrible.
i tried the "heaven" benchmark, and during this benchmark i get only 10 fps max o.O while i maxed out the settings.
i have no clue what the problem could be.
if someone knows pls help me

Is your monitor connected to the 7850, or the to the motherboard?

We need more than my FPS is low, show us system specs including PSU. Also what drivers are you currently using?

Take a look in the BIOS or Device manager to see if the Integrated Graphics Processor is turned off.
