I used this for akali and i got mobility boots,zekes,wits,sunfire and ravenous hydra. Now I dont have a fancy graph but trust me though it gives mad deeps. Tells me to max E coz u kniw gotta aoe them whelps for your recount, mobility boots obviously bring moar damages than tabis yo. Dont use no l0gic vs me use the tool to prove me wrong bro. Also stahp hating on hydra i dont beed no passive, the AS is enough.

The only real use for it is at the very earliest levels if you duel a lot or go balls deep for a kill under their minions or something. After that Cleanse/Ignite gives you way more killing power. It may be able to absorb a single crit in a team fight (and even then only in the mid-game at most), where Ignite would make it impossible to heal their carry and Cleanse would allow you to escape their CCs/Summoners.
