So. Starting to replay the .Hack series and somehow never noticed that the VA for Kite is the same guy that did the VO for Izzy in the original Digimon series. That makes this game that much better. Though I keep expecting Kite to randomly say "Prodigious!"

Afaik they are not legal on highways. They are legal on normal roads, but that guy is breaking the entire rulebook with his driving

It kind makes sense considering all of the vehicles on the road over here. I think they should be legal in the majority of small towns over here.
