Blizzard and a lot of people here keep saying that LFR is not here to make Players better....Why do you need to improve your character if you still be bad and don't know to how play the game??? Get loot from LFR won't help them coz they will keep failing and failing....

Penguin is 100% right.
People in LFR are both AFK and completely uninterested in adapting to ANY form of tactics.
Like at the start of (pre-nerf) Dark Shamans, you would get TEN DPS dead in the first THIRTY (30) SECONDS!
Then during the boss fight about 5 more people would die to mistakes, lagg or fps issues - and the entire freaking Dark Shamans would have to be done by the remaining semi-competent 10 people.
And in order to do that, those 10 living people needed at least 3+ stacks of Determination to pull it off before bosses went rampage or healers ran out of mana.
During Blizzcon Blizzard gave the LFR mode a new nickname - TOURIST MODE.
It is literally that, and for the sake of EVERY SANE PLAYER OUT THERE - i hope they nerf every LFR to the point where it literally is TOURIST MODE...

WOD fixes this. LFR is moving to tourist mode. Which will mean ghost town as the competent players that carried groups will no longer have the incentive to even enter.

The reward for being bad is in general a punishment, at the least it should be nothing.
There is no Bad RNG just Bad LTP

That's right hardcores, keep fantasizing that they'll take the loot out of LFR, or remove it, or whatever. But guess what? At this Blizzcon we went from six modes of raiding down to four, and it wasn't LFR that was removed.
You mean "Tourist mode", right?

Nope. I meant bad, baddie, scrub, noob, whatever.
If you are bad at your schoolwork do you get an A and put on the honor roll? Nope. You get more school work and if you are bad too long stronger repercussions from your parents.

Blizz literally just said that there's still an incentive to use LFR because you get to see the raid instance, the bosses and the story. What they could do is make it a completely trivial difficulty and give some minor incentive for people to run it more than once to prevent overly lengthy queues.
Killing LFR would in no way kill other modes of raiding. If anything it'd give a boost to Flex(soon to be Normal) raiding as you'd have more people going there for the loot and raiding experience.

Eh? They just removed 10 man heroic and shifted 25 heroic down to 20. In exchange, they added Flex tech to normal mode raids. But they've clearly made the point that LFR is for seeing the content and not serious character progression, which I'm happy with.
Why is this a problem. A lot of people that do LFR may not have intention of becoming better or growing to Flex. They run it to see the content and have a pastime... People that want to learn and progress towards Flex will still try and improve themselves, even in LFR.
LFR is so everybody can see the content plus for those actually interested in improving it is a stepping stone to Flex, but not mandatory.
But the bad players who are content to stay bad(as you describe them) do not play well with ambitious players who want to improve their play and move on to Flex. Currently the good players are rightfully annoyed that their presence is required to drag the bad players through LFR. It'd be better for both groups if they were seperated.
LFR gets nerfed down to trivial difficulty with all mechanics and role requirement removed, so you get your Tourist mode. And allow actual raiders to get gear more easily from somewhere other than Flex. If they set the ilvls up correctly, Normal+ raiders won't need to use LFR to gear up at all, even in the first tier.
