I don't think people that expect the first few Mythic bosses to pose some of these guilds a challenge really get what they're asking for. Say a guild does 5 split raids for 20 raiders, once the week heroic is released and once the week mythic is released before starting their attempts. That will mean, before trying any mythic content, they will have the equivalent gear to full clearing 10 weeks of heroic on average without split raiding (5 weeks x 2). If you then expect these raiders, who are some of the best players at the game, to struggle on early bosses, what chance would any of the rest of us that don't split raid have? Should we be content farming Heroic week after week until we can even set foot in Mythic?

Don't worry, once we get to around 8 or 9 bosses in we will see a massive decrease in time between world first kills.
