Sooo when the dolphins play next it will be on SNF, and the following week they are on MNF.

Who the fuck decided that was a great idea? Was there any hype surrounding the dolphins last year to put them in 3 primetime games in a 3 and 1/2 week span? I don't really recall.

Meh, Dolphins were already horrible, and now they are going to be down atleast two if not three of their better defensive players. Sometimes shootouts in the form of just deserts are fun to watch.

Made playoffs. Looked like they'd made the leap. Schedule makers gambled they'd be good down the stretch this season. It happens every year when a playoff team from the previous year disappoints.

Apparently I missed Suh choking Mallett after cheap shotting him, Flacco getting badly cheap shotted, and Hayes poking somebody in the eye.

And we're getting more of those guys on prime time? Sounds like great news for the NFL.

And the Texans owner nearly caused his team to mutiny and widened the gulf between players and owners with a few choice words.

Seems like a pretty rotten couple of days, maybe I'll cheer myself up by reading some articles from earlier this week about how the Cutler injury was a blessing in disguise.

AFter trade deadline. That's about the half way point of the season and means there's no changes to teams any more.

Bills just traded Marcell Dareus to the Jags for a 6th rounder.

Yeah because the Jags defense wasn't scary enough already. Just imagine if they had someone that wasn't Bortles.

Oh man, I figured the Bills would be trying to move him, but hard to believe it actually worked, considering how little he's done since he signed that monster contract, but the risks are low when the Jags only gave up a 6th, have loads of cap space, and a good defense around him.

I think this works out for both teams, too. Dareus definitely didn't give a shit after he got paid, so at least the Bills don't have to pay him. Maybe Dareus will be happier and play harder down south.
