I actually read about trials for a female version (increasing sex drive basically) a while back in a newspaper I think.

So have I, that is why I mentioned it. It was likened to a female version of Viagra.
It is medicacation used to treat decreased sexual desire in women. It is for women that have a sexual dysfunction.

Viagra does work for women. Of course they cannot get an erection, but Viagra merely stimulates the flow of blood in the genital area. Viagra will make women more sensitive, they'll get aroused faster etc.

But brem made by palatin is effective, makes women want to have sex, doesn't need to be taken all the time, instead only needs to be taken when you want to have sex. Which means you can drink still with it, it doesn't show it be addictive and so far... no negatives that we know of.

Yeah, well, there are some men that should really not have access to this. I know a guy who, in an effort to, ahem, keep up with his wife's demands, took the blue pill daily. Had a heart attack because of a preexisting condition. Viagra was not right for him, how exactly does a pharmacist correct assess who can and can't take the drug? With whom does the buck stop?

I don't know anything about brem, i was only commenting on addyi. To be clear I have nothing against a female arousal drug and if one actually works I'm all for it. I just know Addyi is dangerous and barely does anything to help women with sex drive.

Ladies don't work that way. If a woman has trouble getting aroused it's typically because they are just not into their partner.

In cases where a woman's cervix doesn't properly open up it can be either vaginismus - which is typically a mental issue where because of trauma or worry or whatever they just clamp shut and is typically treated with a combination of therapy and dilators - or it's Vestibulitis which is a physical problem where they have a small cervix and it has to be treated surgically and then therapy includes a dilator and lube is required pretty heavily for sex.

So there. That's a thing you now know.

Theres is this drug called Addyi, that actually has quite a funny story behind it. Its placebo at best, and insanely dangerous at worst.

The company behind it convinced feminists that this drug was there for equality, so they pushed through even tho its worthless/dangerous.
