Nigel Farage defends Donald Trump's Britain First tweets

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-poli...n-first-tweets

Speaking on the Andrew Marr Show, Nigel Farage has defended Donald Trump's retweeting of inflammatory tweets by saying he can't have known what he was doing.
Well that video gave me a chuckle

"He wouldn't have a earthly clue who britain first was"
    Sounds pretty accurate.

If only he had Google or intelligence

i mean, does anyone honestly think trump knows ANYTHING about any group in the UK? he barely knows anything about groups in the US.

trump should come out and say something like "yeah, i was kinda wrong with the tweet. so here's another showing actual evidence of the claim i'm making" and link a some of the myriad videos showing what he was attempting to talk about with the first tweet.

because there's PLENTY of evidence out there, far too much.

I don't know if that is much of defense really.

The real edge is when you realize that he was also on that plane.
There are no worse scum in this world than fascists, rebels and political hypocrites.
Donald Trump is only like Hitler because of the fact he's losing this war on all fronts.
Apparently condemning a fascist ideology is the same as being fascist. And who the fuck are you to say I can't be fascist against fascist ideologies?

Farage is a rat that jumped ship as soon as Brexit was announced, no doubt planning to move to Germany with his German wife.

Oh I think trump "represents" the people that voted for him quite accurately.

Which is pretty mad considering Trump is half British himself and is even entitled to a British passport.

While Kingsman: The Golden Circle didn't blow me away, it did feel rather unnerving to realize that I didn't scoff and dismiss the portrayal of the Commander in Chief in said movie as "impossible"...

by saying he can't have known what he was doing
If this was about anyone else, that would be a hell of a backhanded defence.

    But it's Trump so...

That's very true it's like defending somebody by saying "He's just stupid, leave him alone"
