I think it was implied that Titan has the ability to summon other Titan in the chronicle.
So, with Argus defeated, it is quite reasonable that, all the 6 titan essences would be able to combine their power, and make use Argus's power residuals, to enact a summoning ritual which forcely summons Sargeras back to the seat.

Arcane magic. Since arcane magic is titan magic. Arcane magic can manipulate space and time so it's totally fathomable that the titans can make a tractor beam out of their essence.
