    That would be terrible design. The gap between normal and mythic is way too large to have bosses of varying difficulties in a single raid. Normal raiders would hit a brick wall fairly early in and would just quit after doing ~1/4 of a raid.

    you cant access varimathras or coven before killing kin
    wowprogress is not very reliable at least for rekills because there isn't 20 people getting an achievment to give a reliable timestamp

    So, instead of guilds of all skill levels getting 11 bosses normal guilds get 5, heroic 5, and mythic 1.

    No, one difficulty where everything is hard and each weeks gear upgrades make it slightly easier. Pro's clear it in a couple of weeks, noobs a few months

    Not really, at least for classic. In classic if you could get 40 people together, 1/4 of them decent, 1/4 of them having at LEAST 1/4 of a brain, and 1/2 warm bodies, you could get through just about anything up to Naxx, and if we had had Naxx longer? who knows, maybe that too.

    TBC started requiring more coordination but even then, many many bosses were just flat out gear checks or really simple stupidity checks.

    Not sure if this was mentioned but watching Chinese stream, Argus now heals to 60% instead of 66% when he transitions to P3. He was hotfix nerfed, so maybe he was borderline impossible before.
