Battle For Azeroth's Pre Event Might be PVP Based

I think the lore and setting is about PVP, but most fighting will still be PVE faction vs. faction. Something that doesn't interest me in the slightest.

Well, I REALLY want to see "a PvP xpack," and what you described doesn't interest me that much either lol!!!

In fact, the only relevant parts of the Alliance vs Horde conflict are PvE, as the relevant characters of both factions are NPCs.

PvP represents minor skirmishes. There are quests with a bigger impact in the relationship between factions than all BGs combined.

How in the hell can it take you 3 weeks to win 3 BGs? I'm thinking that's a gross exaggeration. Sure, you could say you simply suck at PvP. But there are 40 man battlegrounds where you can just AFK and win. It did not take you 3 weeks unless you only tried it once a week.

Ironically, the better PvP gear is reserved for better PvP'ers. Any complaint of shit PvP gear in Legion is generally a player problem.

You make a pretty damn good point here, I won't even lie.

And that is why.....my complaints with PvP in Legion are mostly NOT about gear.

Instead, I feel that it is the extreme lack of class balance, and more specifically the lack of a hybrid tax that make it so very horrid.

It's handouts OK, it really is, and you can basically go AFK on a Warrior in a BG, and go BRUSH YOUR DAMN DOG'S TEETH!!! then come back, and your toon will probably be there alive.....LIKE A BOSS!!!

I am the very best WoW PvP player in general that there is OK, and I don't see ANY of that "best" (elite) gear. since I don't do rated PvP anymore (for my own reasons)....so......

The best Blizz has ever done for "forced PvP" was the Wrath pre-event. And the neck beards world over pissed and shit everywhere in the forum because Blizz gave us the best event ever.

The zombie apocalypse was one of the best things ever to happen to the game.

The Horde and The Alliance are battling, why would you not want PVP? We likely won't get much of the PVE until a later patch

It's annoying how PvErs get triggered from one quest in a legendary questchain 2 expansions ago that required 3 BG wins. Like seriously, it wasn't a big deal. Now we look at the current PvP scene that is pretty much dead because blizzard made it required for you to PvE to do well in PvP.

I mean it took me over 50 hours of playtime to get this 3 wins, so actually it was a big deal...

What a load of horseshit. Let's be conservative and say you play one BG an hour. So 50 battleground in those 50 hours. You are saying, it took you 50 battle grounds to get 3 wins? If I put a rock at my keyboard he'd have a better win loss ratio than that. (Now let's look at the fact that BGs don't take an hour, you could easily fit 3-4 BGs in one hour)

It's okay to not like being forced to do gameplay you don't like. But don't make up bullshit estimates please.
