Made illegal : Gun free zones. These were a bad idea from the beginning, as they prevent bad guys from being stopped by citizens. Gun free zones give the deranged free reign to kill many more before armed law enforcement can arrive.

Made legal : Much tighter gun control. Anyone having a previous history of mental instability or violent behavior, will be permanently banned from purchasing a firearm. Data to support this law may be pulled from law enforcement, medical and workforce databases. Everyone must be required to take weapons safety, anger management and basic marksmanship courses before being allowed to purchase a firearm.

I'd make it illegal to sell or spread religion. Fine to practice if you want, but any attempt to solicit or induce others on any matter involving the presence of judgment of any deity or deities would be at least a misdemeanor offense. Basically, you're not allowed to compel the actions of others using a priori claims of divine authority.

There are plenty of lobbies which exist in the public interest. What you really want to ban are specific types of lobbies advocating positions counter to the public interest - or perhaps more importantly, you want the politicians they influence to be held accountable for backing such positions. Good luck with that though.
