wow it's almost as if you can also switch from that zone if you get bored or just want to a change of scenery
I'm having a really hard time figuring out what you're trying to argue here, no shit a zone will take a while to fully complete. This isn't a new concept to the game. The point of this change is to add a more non-linear leveling path and allow people to fully complete these zones without having to constantly switch every few levels.

I imagine at minimum they would fix the Nightborne facial rigging (if it’s not working) but I don’t think we’ll be seeing anymore of it on the PTR. Maybe we’d see updates when Alpha can be datamined?
depends on if they plan to do a 7.3.5a (or something along those lines regarding the numbering) patch for allied races or not. I'm sure they want to get some testing done with them, so I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case.
either way, I doubt the alpha would be this week but we'll see.

That way you'd require the same amount of experience to level up as you do now, but you'd also be able to quest and complete a zone without having to move on, as long as you still fit the same bracket that is.
