Well they are awesome fish people and they are easier to animate than naga. So that's enough reason. If the Alliance didn't loose Kalimdor I would have said Furbolgs. They have been requested for a long time now (like the uncorrupted orcs, and they can be druids so it could tip the faction balance back.

Also they would fit for another alliance shaman race due to their water communication

That's honestly all that'll probably be doable given the lore. But it wouldn't be unprecedented given the fact that Highmountain and Lightforged can only be five classes as well.

To be fair Draenor clan would be more against Fel than most other horde races. Given we killed Shadow council and its followers who where nearly all the warlock and how they see warlocks wanted to sell them to the Legion, there is like one orc warlock on AU draenor who is not hated to the point of killing him. Also there are still some AU Draenor orcs who used Void magic like shadow priest so they could be given that because Void elf and Lightforged Draenai both have priest and using shadow as LF draenai or light as Velf would be worse than what Forsakens have with the light.

Probably because MU Draenor Orcs aren't that more numerous than High Elves. Sylvanas needs armies not a handful of orcs.

THere are brown orcs in Outland, so we don't need to go to alternate Draenor. We just have to go to present day Outland

Yeah, saw the scenario after i posted this (a couple of hours after) and it seems to be based on memories, Tpaartos even point out that he remember that place, maybe he was not part of the general lightforged (those that came with Turalyon) but others that joined the Lightforged from Draenor (or maybe is just reusing the asset that they have -more likely-)

When Blizz uses the term “Draenor”, they almost always (has it ever not?) mean WoD.

Also, the fact that it’s clan armor certainly would fit more in line with the clans we got in WoD compared with BC where there weren’t really any friendly clans.

He should also be allowed to shout "DRAENOR IS FREE" (even though they would be on Azeroth but that doesn't matter) and the victims' loved ones are obliged to cheer and display pure joy when he does that.
