You almost have Mr. Sinister thing going on. Also a nice classic Dracula. Dig it. Very not WoW which is cool.

Still trying to get the final piece I really like, bit more red to compliment the belt, cape and helm and also is an updated model. Really cool, hopefully won't take me much longer to farm.

The new troops you can buy to use in missions. But I think only the first troop of the week gives rep. If the repeatable quest also gives rep, you'll need a ton of resources to get meaningful rep (900 resources for 75 rep).

Army of the Light is on the Xenedar, Turalyon, specifically. You'll have to get through some of the quests to open it. Then there's the Krokun hovel and the Mac'Aree City Center (42.3, 63.5).
