I can think of 3 examples, 2 times it's a matter of minor NPCs(2 Night elven females and 2 NPCs in Shrine of 7 stars) and one is about a text in Steamy Romance.

That's all. And truth to be told I'm glad that this is not prominent because it would annoy me a lot, as it shouldn't be the main focus of the game.

Yes it is not a race at all it is people who have undergone a rite to more closely bind themselves to the light. The whole unlocking intro stuff makes it pretty clear. It would make perfect sense for future light forged options to become available if they wanted to.

Rexxar the half orc-half ogre, Garona Half-Orcen, Arator the Redeemer, The Twin Soiled Ones from that Human Mage and High Elf I really hate, and so on.
