Kinda of a short notice, doesn't effect me but you would think they would give at least 6 months heads up for BFA.
By July 1st? Are we getting the 8.0 prepatch this month or are they somehow flipping on a "fuck you 32bit users" switch on 7.3.5?
How can they give 6 months when it launches in 2?
Also to be fair lol at anyone still running a 32 bit OS for gaming. You are literally asking for it at this point since games have been releasing for the good part of a year or two now that have no support for a 32 bit OS.
It's not like they released the BfA minimum requirements back in January or anything.
Looking for Raid: you will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. Come - we must be cautious.
I'm curious how many people are actually using 32-bit WoW at this point.
If you have a legitimate version of Windows running, you are allowed to UPDATE from 32bit to 64bit Windows free of charge. The only caveat is that you're going to do a clean install - the 32 bit and 64 bit files are incompatible, making an UPGRADE impossible.
So all of your files will have to be backed up first, and all of your apps will need to be re-installed afterwards. NOTE: 32 bit apps still work just fine on Windows 64 bit so if you have any native 32 bit apps running now, they will surely work on the 64 bit version of Windows.
Hello 8.0 late June!
If you are running a 32-bit OS these days you should really consider looking for an upgrade for your computer, just saying... I doesnt have to be expensive to get a 64-bit computer.
New warlock spell-animation supports only powerful pc ( thats why they waited to release it with 8.0+). (-_@)sharingan
32 bit OS can only run like 3-4 Gigabyte of RAM, really a potato amount at this point.
