Well I'm not gonna be a know-it-all and say that BFA will be ''_________''. But I can say that it legitimately doesn't really have anything that makes me super confident or hyped, from class design, story potential, or overall new mechanics. Only thing that looks like it has some potential is war mode but it honestly seems like a super small side thing that doesn't redifine the game for me so w/e.

Ah well, maybe the cinematics and music will be cool ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Seals were so useless imo, 95% chance to loot gold/AP ...

or get a useless piece of gear you couldn't trade & just ended up being disenchanted.

BFA is hardly a filler expansion like WoD was. But I shouldn't expect much from someone like Maudib acting like BFA is sad.




Says the person who tried to predict the login screen only to end up being wrong. You always make these big claims and end up wrong.

It's pretty filler to me, but it's not as bad as legion, plus I'm sure most of us are happy there's only AP and Gear grind, not AP, gear and legendary grind.

That's good news, I was assuming they'd do something early since they turned Open Beta on.

They've never done an open beta for wow, and they never will, it's always going to be invitation based, open beta's means everyone can enter without one.

I mean the only open betas they've done was the annual pass one (although that wasn't really that much open beta) and overwatch open beta.

Beta's on the other hand have crashed before, and them taking quite long to get them running again, doesn't necessarily mean we'll be getting a build tonight, but going by the past weeks, we most likely will get one today or tomorrow.

Oh but they do care, some of them still keep playing as they said many times. I think whining is simply their shtick here.

No, I mean Personal loot (with current chances) + reduced amount of seals together. BECAUSE of all PL/BR gives is duplicates or poorly itemized gear I don't want.
I'd be all up for PL (much faster than ML) if there was a decent system behind it or something like Valor points to offset bad luck. There are already far too few chances on useful loot and they now nerf it even more.

Again, I think you're overestimating the value of the three coins. Personal loot is technically a better system to gear up with than Master Loot for gear outside of tier (which is gone in BFA), the problem is with how loot sharing works with PL and how people won't be able to trade loot higher than anything they have equipped or in their bags. That factor aside, the current changes of personal loot is fine and I've personally seen better WF/TF RNG with pieces looted from PL over master loot.

In other words, two coins will be fine. Don't forget that there was a time in this game where bonus rolls weren't even a thing.
