{edit}Forgot to answer your question: yes even homemade mayo. An ex of mine made his own, as well as hollandaise etc.
Have you tried mayo on a toasted tomato sandwich? Soooo good.

It naturally depends on what you're eating the mustard with.

In general, though, I like French mustards - Moutarde de Dijon, Moutarde de Meaux, Moutarde à l'estragon, to name my favorites. But I also have a soft spot for Bavarian Sweet Mustard, because there is nothing quite like Weisswurst and you can't eat it without that mustard.

I agree but on burgers just a dash with a lot of ketchup. Corn dogs I don't like at all. A regular hot dog with either sauerkraut or relish and yellow mustard, yum. Yellow mustard on ham or ham and cheese sandwiches. Also on hard salami sandwiches.

I also like honey mustard on roast beef sandwiches . I don't care for the spicy stuff

Oh, you have to have mayo on a tomato sandwich on toast. It's mandatory lol.

You make no sense. Coney dogs are sold in New York on Coney Island, and Detroit is approx 1300 miles away

Nobody from Applebees would know since they dont make anything there. It probably comes in a big bucket from Sysco.

How can you eat a Chicago-style pizza, if you are not in Chicago?

How can you eat French fries in California?

How can you have a Belgian waffle in Florida?

We had schnitzel the other night... and I do not live in Europe.

Now, I'm going to have beef stroganoff later, and I don't even live in Russia.

I'm going to have to ask you to prove they are inferior.

Depends on what I'm putting it on if its beef like in a sandwich a stone ground mustard or one mixed with horse radish , If its on Ham a sweet and spicy mustard, Hot dog yellow unless I have it with sauerkraut then a good German brown, Chicken a honey mustard, egg rolls a hot Asian mustard
I love mustard there are so many different varieties that go good with so many different meats and other foods

Grey Poupon original version. Only because I like to have a jar in car while driving in case the adjacent car needs some for a sandwich.

Detroit and Flint style chili dogs with Koegel's Viennas are much better than a Nathan's (I still love Nathan's dogs btw) dog. I've honestly never had a better hotdog than a Koegel Vienna and I've tried QUITE a few.

I've heard very good things. Of course, I don't like Coney dogs, as I'm not a fan of onions (that are not well cooked).

I've found the same to be true about Philly cheese steaks, and all the best places I've had them, are definitely outside of Philly. Cheeze Whiz on fatty meat and a greasy bun just doesn't do much for me.
